Attention Kindergarten at Pleviak Families,

Please be aware that effective this coming Monday, May 8, 2023, road construction will begin on Grand Avenue that may impact your travel to/from our school. 

Grand Avenue will be closed to east-bound traffic starting on Monday. The recommended detour is traveling east on Monaville Rd to Route 83. To access our building, you will need to travel north on Route 83 toward Lake Villa, turn left (west) onto Grand Avenue, turn right (north) onto Central Avenue and then follow the normal traffic pattern to Villa Avenue.

This road construction project will likely impact bus transportation so we may experience some delays for the remainder of this school year.

Atención familias de los alumnos en el kinder de Pleviak,

Queremos que estén al tanto de la construcción vial que comenzará este lunes, 8 de mayo del 2023 en la avenida Grand, la cual impactará su llegada y salida de nuestra escuela. 

La avenida Grand estará cerrada al tráfico proveniente del Este, comenzando el lunes. La desviación que le recomendamos será viajar sobre la calle Monaville hacia el Este hasta la ruta 83. Para llegar a nuestro edificio, tendrá que dar la vuelta hacia el norte sobre la ruta 83 hacia Lake Villa, girar a la izquierda (hacia al Oeste) en la avenida Grand, dar vuelta a la derecha (hacia el Norte) en la avenida Central y luego seguir el patrón normal de tráfico hacia la avenida Villa.

Este proyecto de construcción vial seguramente impactará el transporte escolar, así que experimentaremos algunos retrasos en lo que resta del año escolar.
