We are pleased to announce that the Board of Education recently voted to approve an increase in the daily rate of pay for guest (substitute) teachers. This proposal was brought forward in an effort to improve our competitiveness in recruiting and maintaining quality guest teachers across the District. In addition to the increase in the daily rate of pay, a special incentive was approved for retired RLAS-116 teachers who come back to guest teach in our District.
