Welcome to 4th grade bilingual!

I love coffee, soccer, nature and books! I live in Grayslake with my husband. We have five grown children, two are married and also live in Grayslake. I have two grandsons - Luke and James.  We have three fun puppies!

I graduated from University of Illinois- Champaign- Urbana with a journalism degree and got my master's in teaching several years later. I studied in Argentina and Spain. My teaching experiences include ESL, reading, and bilingual classrooms with all grade levels. I am proud to be a staff member in Round Lake District 116. 

In fourth grade, we will be exploring everything from the U.SA to climate change. I encourage students to be curious, thoughtful and kind.
