Hello Beach family! 

We are so excited about the start of the 2019-2020 school year! We have been busy cleaning and preparing the building for our Beach Bobcats to return! I am excited to have fully moved into my new role as Principal and am ready to work with you and the staff to make this the best school year yet.

Class Lists - Your child’s homeroom teacher will be available in Infinite Campus on August 6, 2019, and posted on the front door of the main entrance of Beach on August 8, 2019, by 9:00 am. Students who are not registered will not appear on the lists. Please complete the online registration from the district website as soon as possible to secure a seat for your child in our classrooms. If you need assistance or login information, please contact the school office at (847) 270-9930.

Meet & Greet/Supply Drop Off – Come meet your child’s teacher and drop off supplies from 3:30-5:30 pm on Tuesday, August 13th. The school supply list is on the district website. Backpack tags for the bus and Parent Pick Up numbers will be distributed as well. Please note, Meet & Greet is NOT the day before school starting this year. 

Bus Information –  Information on bus routes, stops, and times can be found in Infinite Campus and will be available to parents on August 6th. Complete this form for any bus changes related to before/after school care. Forms were due Friday, July 26th and can be given to the school office. In general, please allow at least three days for bus change requests to be processed. Backpack tags will be distributed at Meet & Greet.

 1st Day of School – Thursday, August 15th is the first day of school! On this day only, 1st-3rd grade students will line up in front of the school and are escorted into the building by their teachers at 8:25 am. Fourth and fifth-grade students will line up in the back of the school. A map of the lines can be found here.  Breakfast will be served from 8:05-8:25. There is early dismissal on the first day, students will be released at 2:00 pm.

Arrival/Dismissal Information  -

 If you will be dropping your child off at school, the parent drop off lane is behind the building. Please refer to the arrival and dismissal information packet for detailed information.

School Day – The school day runs from 8:25 am to dismissal at 2:50 pm. Please note there is no supervision before 8:05 am so please do not drop students off prior to that time. Please support and emphasize daily attendance!

Breakfast/Lunch Information - Meals are provided through Organic Life and all students are eligible for free breakfast and lunch each day. Breakfast is served from 8:05-8:25 am. The menu can be found on the district website, here are August’s breakfast and lunch menus. Each grade level’s lunch and recess times are as follows:
