Hi! My name is Diane Gaines and I have twenty years of experience teaching Early Childhood and I am excited to be working at the EEC!

Previously, I have taught early childhood special education at Molloy Education Center and most recently at Laremont School. I also have experience teaching in private preschools and doing home daycare. I believe in a team approach between school and home. Communication is key. I will do my best to inform parents of what is going on at school, and I hope parents feel comfortable doing the same with me.

Personally, I am married and the mother to a son, 22 years old, and a daughter, 20 years old. My son is a senior at Wheaton College and is studying International Relations. My daughter is a sophomore at the University of Dayton in Ohio. She is studying business/finance. I truly enjoy the times we are able to all be together. In my free time I enjoy being outside, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
