Intramural Mission Statement
It is the mission of Round Lake Area School District Elementary Intramurals to provide a wide variety of opportunities and experiences to enhance the learning and well-being of our students through skill and attitude development, games, wellness activities, and health education.

What is intramurals?
For Village, we have five sports, which consist of Soccer (Fall sport), Basketball (Winter sport), Volleyball (Winter sport), Hockey/Kickball (Spring sport). Whom is intramurals for?
Intramurals are for any fifth grader that is interested in athletics, wants to learn more about a particular sport, and wants to have fun while working on a team.
The four sports are soccer, basketball, volleyball, and hockey/kickball.Purpose:
- Learn about a sport
- Have Fun
- Learn the importance of being a good teammate and cooperation
- Learn about being a respectful student - athlete
Details/Questions?
Practices are from 2:50 until 3:50. Schedules will be available before each season and can be seen online. We have ten practices before competing against the other Round Lake schools. We will have four games; One will be at Village; one will be at a different school and the other two will be on a Saturday at the high school. Game starting time is usually around 3:30pm.
